Black Duck Cottage is an attractive two-story cottage available for rent for 2 people. It is situated beside the Maroochy River, with river views on one side, and Mount Ninderry views on the other.
The upstairs bedroom is a large and spacious room, with a 4-poster queen size bed.
Downstairs is a small functional kitchen, bathroom and dining room. The dining room is used as a gallery once a month, with resident artists able to paint and display their works.
This private cottage has a BBQ and a fire pit for your personal use outside the cottage.
Black Duck Cottage is 2 Kms from Yandina, a small quirky town which is the proud home of The Ginger Factory and Nutworks. The Spirit House, an exclusive Thai restaurant/cooking school is also situated in Yandina.
Saturday morning the popular Yandina Market takes place, a second hand/plants and produce market that starts at 6 am, plenty of bargains and fresh vegies and flowers.
A short 7 minutes drive takes you to the world-famous Eumundi Markets, open Wednesday and Saturday, a busy art, craft and food market. This huge, thriving market becomes very busy so getting there early is a must.
